And It's interesting because I really tried to steer away from anything I'd created before this experiment. I really wanted to give my creative brain a chance to discover brand new ideas, away from the universe I'd created.

But I couldn't help it, not one bit.

As I started playing with who would be placed into this experimental chamber, it all just came together in a really hauntingly perfect way..

So my personal practice for the last year developed into a semi-fictional narrative based Instagram TV show called The Sculpt Factory, which in turn developed into a basic world building exercise, creating alter egos and fake companies that exist along side the sculpt factory and its employees, who are all played by myself. This created universe allowed me to play with whatever idea I came up with, and it would all inter connect in this expanding universe.

Anyway, this loose half written, half improvised narrative ended with a few hints at something in the background called 'STMs', which means Systematic thought manipulation, and the idea is that this is a serum that is deployed by small drones and spray certain areas, manipulating peoples thoughts, into non-creative people, my idea was to slowly introduce the serum as a government plan, and as like many of the semi sci-fi esque ideas in my world, STMs were a metaphor in a way to the government cutting creative course funding in UK colleges and universities. but in all honesty, the idea was just placed in the background with the idea that I would bring it back in the future.

I can't hide from the fact that the 'Creative Labs' lends itself to this idea perfectly.

Narratively speaking, my characters (employees of the sculpt factory) have been subjects of an STM attack at the factory, meaning the affected employees have been assigned to creative rehab..
